What Is The Order Processing Time?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, sweatshirts etc.) And 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, pillows etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that (see below).

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Europe and US:

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, bags etc.) products.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. So in total it might be between 5 to 15 business days for you to receive your goods since placing an order.

Rest of the world:

10-20 business days.

Special Note For International Orders:
We do not include any taxes, import duties, customs fees or any other charges in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges are strictly the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination – they will vary depending on the country – and must be paid upon delivery. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing anything from us.

How Much Is Shipping?

Our shipping rates are based on weight. They start from €2.50. In order to get an accurate cost for delivery, the best way is to add products to cart and go through the checkout process where you will see the exact shipping cost.

Orders of €100 or more will be delivered for free to Europe and the US. Anywhere else outside Europe and the US, the minimum amount for free shipping is €150 per order.

Which other countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

ORDER TRACKING

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. You will also be given a tracking link. For international orders tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has been delivered. All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available!

If I Order Multiple Products, Do They Ship In One Package?

Some packages may arrive separately as we have various fulfilment centres.

What is your refund and returns policy?

All our products are custom printed individually for each order. Therefore, they cannot be returned for a refund unless the product received is faulty or there’s an error with the order. So we kindly ask our customers to take extra care when choosing a right product size before ordering (we provide a sizing chart on each product page). If the product arrived faulty or different to what you ordered, please get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. We will need a proof of the fault, though (a photo or a video).

What If I Want To Cancel My Order?

If you have to cancel or change the order, you can do it within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed after placing the order, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it. This is due to the fact that all our products are custom printed and 24 hours usually is enough to stop the order before it goes to the printing process. Don’t worry if we don’t respond during the 24 hr time frame – we’ll cancel your order as long as we receive an email from you on time. If your order is cancelled, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days.

What If I Received A Damaged Or Incorrect Product?

Our products come from a reputable printing company with fulfilment centres in Latvia and the US that guarantee highest quality. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days. We are happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund. In order to do that, we kindly ask to take a photo or a video of the damaged or incorrect product and send us an email with that photo/video. We do that in order to inform the manufacturer of the issue so that it doesn’t happen again. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Get in touch with us first and we’ll provide you with a shipping address. If a full refund is requested, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

Do you accept other payment ways?

Currently we only accept PayPal, but it can be used with all major cards.

Is the divineso.net website secure?

Our store is built on the Shopify platform. Shopifyis certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As a result, all Shopify online stores are automatically PCI compliant, which ensures our customers have peace of mind when shopping from our site and makes sure our store comes across as legitimate and safe.

Does Your Apparel Shrink?

High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.

How should I wash my apparel?

Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions don’t take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
